This is a montage of footage I had the privilege to shoot while under contract with the United States Navy and Department of Defense. After being hired a week before September 11, 2001, I had the opportunity to meet and work with some of the brave men and women serving in The Navy and Marine Corps.
The montage was shot in some of the most extreme environments I've ever seen in the Western United States. For the next 6 years after 9/11, my assignments took me under water, in aircraft, on ships, in snow and in desert.
